ANDREA BERMAN PRICE

Ms. Andrea Berman Price has been managing complex projects since 1990. Working on an independent basis since 1994, she has completed projects for a variety of clients, including AIDS Action, Birch & Davis Associates, COSMOS Corporation, Knapp and Associates International, Inc., National Retail Federation and for US government offices such as the USDHHS Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, Department of Justice, and the Department of Labor. Her primary focus is on implementation: extracting best practices from projects, identifying factors for success, creating key steps for replication, looking at the unintended effects of change, measuring success and completing projects on schedule. She received a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Women's Studies from the University of Massachusetts as well as an Ed.M from Harvard University Graduate School of Education in Program Implementation.
